This one started with a leaking deck and turned into a full transformation. The client asked us to fix some issues — we went above and beyond.

We removed the failed structure, partially reclad the home, installed custom double-glazed joinery, and carried out waterproofing, plastering, tiling, and glass balustrades. We even made sure to protect a cherished garden ornament throughout the job.

The result? A clean, modern, weather-tight finish overlooking Mount Golf Course — and a very happy client who didn’t hesitate to recommend us.
