Project Overview:
BUCO was engaged by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council to carry out a full office fit-out at their Devonport Road site. The scope involved transforming an existing space into a functional office environment to accommodate staff overflow.

The works included converting the ground floor into a public i-SITE on the corner, alongside a new suite of offices. BUCO completed the base fit-out, including kitchen joinery, painting, plastering, and finishing touches to deliver a professional, clean, and practical workspace.

This project is a great example of BUCO’s ability to deliver commercial renovation work on time and to a high standard, ensuring the space meets both functionality and presentation expectations.
