BUCO transformed an empty office space on Devonport Road into a modern, fully functioning workplace for Focus. Starting with a blank canvas, we delivered a complete commercial fit-out, managing the project from council consent through to the final finishes.

Our scope extended well beyond the building work. BUCO coordinated fire, air conditioning, electrical, and other building services, bringing the trades and project requirements together. This coordination was central to integrating the services with the new office layout and keeping the fit-out moving smoothly.

All structural, building, plastering, and painting work was completed by our in-house team, giving us direct control over workmanship, sequencing, and the quality of the finished space. From forming the interior through to preparing surfaces and applying the final coats, our team carried the same attention to detail throughout the project.

The result is a professional, welcoming office that gives Focus a fresh space to work and meet with clients. What began as an empty interior is now a complete workplace, with the practical requirements and finishing details brought together into one cohesive fit-out.
