Job Description:
BUCO worked alongside ML Group to deliver carpentry and fit-out works at Te Whatu Ora’s mental health unit in Rotorua. Our team was involved for more than a year, providing sustained support throughout the build and contributing to the completion of this specialist healthcare facility.

Our scope covered carpentry and interior fit-out works, requiring careful attention to construction details, workmanship, and coordination with other trades. Working within a healthcare project calls for a considered approach, where the quality of installation and finishing contributes to spaces built for demanding everyday use.

Throughout our involvement, BUCO worked closely with ML Group’s site team to coordinate our work with the wider construction programme. Having a consistent team on the project helped maintain continuity across different stages of the build, from progressing carpentry works through to completing fit-out details.
