Located within the Matarangi beachside development near the golf course, this project involved BUCO stepping in to help complete and finish a modern shouse style home and garage package for the client.

Our team carried out a wide range of construction works across the property, including garage construction, bathroom fit outs, framing and internal layouts, insulation preparation, decking, cladding works, finishing carpentry, and final completion works throughout the build.

The project highlights BUCO’s ability to take on diverse residential construction projects and deliver practical, high quality solutions across multiple stages of a build. From structural work and external cladding through to detailed finishing and outdoor living spaces, our team worked closely with the client to help bring the property together.
