What began as a residential house was transformed into a fully functional medical facility — a complete reimagining of space, purpose, and performance.

BUCO was engaged as the main contractor by Retention Properties to deliver this full-spectrum conversion, handling everything from project management to on-site works. We self-delivered all carpentry, joinery, linings, and finishing, while coordinating trusted subcontractors to bring the project to life.

This transformation included extensive internal modifications: new partition walls, kitchen and bathroom installs, full rewiring, repiping, insulation, plastering, painting, and finish carpentry. Externally, the home was re-clad and re-roofed, giving the building a fresh, professional look to match its new medical purpose.
