Right in the middle of Tauranga’s CBD, the Northern Quarter development is one of the city’s most exciting builds. We’re helping deliver the carpentry package — from structural framing and flooring systems to façades, linings, roofing, windows, and finishings.

This is a five-level commercial site, which means tight access, busy logistics, and overlapping trades — but our team is built for it. We’ve kept pace through every stage so far, and with the hotel phase next, we’re excited to see this job take shape.
