BUCO was engaged by the homeowner to carry out a comprehensive exterior upgrade of this Lloyds Lane property, including reroofing, targeted recladding, and remediation of sunken piles and soffit lines. The project was delivered while the house remained fully occupied, requiring careful coordination and a strong focus on health and safety.

Our team led the works across all fronts — stripping and replacing the old roof, installing new double-glazed joinery throughout, and upgrading exterior walls with fresh cladding to modern standards. We also rebuilt and tidied the soffit lines, bringing the home back to a clean and structurally sound condition.
