BUCO was engaged by Qube to deliver staged commercial fit-out works within an existing industrial facility at Hull Road, with the project carefully programmed to suit ongoing operations on site.

The scope included works across both levels of the building. Downstairs, we completed the conversion of part of the warehouse space into functional office areas, involving new internal framing, linings, services coordination, and finishes to transform the space from industrial use into a practical, comfortable working environment.

Upstairs, the fit-out focused on staff amenities and operational support spaces, including a new kitchen area, copier room, and IT room. These works required detailed coordination around existing services and live-site conditions, ensuring minimal disruption while delivering clean, efficient, and future-proofed spaces.

Throughout the project, BUCO worked closely with Qube and other trades to manage sequencing, access, and safety within an active site. The focus has been on delivering robust, fit-for-purpose commercial spaces that support day-to-day operations while maintaining build quality and consistency across all areas.
