Project Overview:
BUCO was engaged to deliver a full internal fit-out for the new indoor bike parking facility on Grey Street, supporting TCC’s initiative to promote alternative and sustainable transport in the CBD.

The works included the removal of the previous tenancy, installation of new secure access doors, compliant fire egress pathways, upgraded power supply, and purpose-built bike and e-bike racks. The facility also caters to scooter parking and includes a secure locker system with fob access, PA system integration, and security features to ensure a safe, user-friendly environment.

This project highlights BUCO’s capability in adaptive reuse and commercial fit-outs, combining practicality, safety, and modern infrastructure in one well-executed solution.
