We’re part of a major new shopping precinct that includes the new Papamoa New World and surrounding tenancies. Brought in by Livingstone, we’ve been delivering key carpentry services across the site — from framing and cladding to insulation, hardware, and finishing details.

The program is fast-moving, with big milestones to meet, but our crew has slotted in well to help keep everything ticking. It’s commercial-scale delivery, and we’re proud to be on the tools for it.

What it shows we can do: Commercial labour supply, carpentry in multi-tenant builds, fire-rated detailing, and high-pressure delivery.

Beyond the New World, we also assisted with tasks around the shopping centre grounds, contributed to the base builds of neighboring tenancies, and supported their fit-outs. This included a mix of structural and detailed work to ensure all aspects of the project came together seamlessly.
