This one was personal. Liam’s father originally built the home two decades ago, and BUCO was brought in to lead a full renovation for the new owners.

Over three years, we managed everything — reroofing, recladding, plastering, painting, interior refit, spa and pool works — all based on designs from Stufkens + Chambers. The home sits elevated above the water in Welcome Bay and now reflects the best of what we do: craftsmanship, care, and quality from end to end.

The exterior received a stunning makeover, featuring STO plaster and Nu-Wall cladding, combining durability with sleek, contemporary aesthetics. Inside, the home underwent a complete overhaul, including the redesign and construction of spa-like bathrooms, high-end finishes, and functional yet elegant living spaces. The addition of a state-of-the-art spa pool further enhances the home’s appeal, offering a serene retreat with unparalleled views.
