Designed as a separate sunroom and BBQ house to complement an existing architectural home, this build was all about lifestyle.
Our team handled everything from excavation and concrete grinding to framing, insulation, linings, and finishing — with only the roofing and glazing outsourced. The hero feature is a 7m-wide frameless glass slider that opens fully to Mount Maunganui’s view. Built with care and delivered to spec, this space now hosts regular family BBQs in serious style.

Constructed with a combination of block and glass, the build features an extraordinary 8-meter sliding glass door, engineered for effortless operation with just a pinky finger. The room was designed to naturally regulate its heating and cooling, offering year-round comfort with minimal environmental impact. A highlight of the project was the installation of an authentic Argentinian brick oven from Authentic Ovens, adding a unique and practical centerpiece to the space.
