BUCO was engaged to transform an existing retail premises on Second Avenue into a modern, shared commercial workspace tailored for a new business operation.

The project involved a full internal strip-out, allowing the space to be completely reconfigured from the ground up. Internally, we delivered a high-quality fit-out including new skylights to introduce natural light, glazed partitions to create defined yet open work zones, and a new kitchen and staff facilities designed for everyday functionality.

Externally, the building was upgraded with a new roof and air-conditioning systems, along with a full external tidy-up to refresh the building’s overall appearance and performance. These works ensured the space not only looked the part but was also comfortable, efficient, and fit for long-term use.

The end result is a clean, modern, and collaborative workspace that brings multiple users together under one roof — breathing new life into an older retail building and repurposing it into a flexible commercial environment.

This project showcases BUCO’s ability to deliver end-to-end commercial fit-outs, combining smart design, practical construction solutions, and attention to detail across both internal and external works.
